SwiftRoc (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the TailorSync mobile application (the “App”), currently focused on the Pakistani market. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our App and related services.
1. Information We Collect
- Personal Information: Name, phone number, email address, user profile data (measurements, tailoring preferences).
- Usage Data: App usage statistics, device information (model, OS version), IP address, location (city-level), analytics data from Firebase and Google Analytics.
- Optional Data: Photos or notes uploaded for tailoring references (if applicable).
- Bluetooth Data: Device connection details used solely to connect your phone to compatible printers. We do not store or share any Bluetooth data beyond the pairing process.

- Communicate with you and your tailor(s)
- Enable Bluetooth printing functionality
- Improve app performance and user experience

3. Data Storage and Security
All user data is securely stored on Google Firebase servers, protected by encryption in transit and at rest. We implement industry-standard security practices to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure of your data. While we take strong measures to protect your information, no digital transmission or storage system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
4. Third-Party Services
TailorSync uses the following third-party services, which may collect data as described in their own privacy policies:
- Firebase (Google LLC) — authentication, database, analytics
- Google Analytics for Firebase — usage statistics and crash reports
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active or as required for legitimate business purposes. You may request account deletion at any time through the Delete Account option available in the TailorSync app, which redirects you to our web deletion request form at tailorsync.com. Once your deletion request is submitted, your personal information will be permanently removed from our active databases within a reasonable timeframe.
6. Data Transfer
As our servers are hosted by Google Firebase, your data may be processed or stored outside Pakistan. We ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws and use secure, encrypted channels.
7. Your Rights
Under Pakistan’s Personal Data Protection Bill, 2023, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your information
- Withdraw consent for data processing
- Lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority
