Swift Roc (“we,” “our,” or “us”), a technology company based in Pakistan, operates the Tailor Sync mobile application (the “App”). Tailor Sync is designed specifically as a Tailor Management System to help tailors digitize their workflow, manage customer measurements, track orders, and streamline their business operations. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our App and related services.

1. Information We Collect

Tailor Account Information: Name, phone number, and business details provided during registration.
Customer Data (Entered by You): Names, phone numbers, and body measurements of your customers that you store within the App. This data is processed solely for the purpose of helping you manage your business.
Order & Financial Data: Information regarding tailoring orders, deadlines, payments received, and pending balances.
Media: Photos of designs, cloth patterns, or finished garments uploaded for order references.
Usage & Device Data: App crash logs, performance metrics, device model, and IP address to ensure App stability and security.
Bluetooth Data: Connection data used exclusively to pair with thermal receipt printers. We do not track location via Bluetooth.

2. How We Use Your Information

Business Management: To store and organize your customer profiles and their specific measurements.
Order Tracking: To help you monitor order status (Pending, In Progress, Completed) and manage delivery dates.
Communications: To enable you to send automated receipts or order updates to your customers via WhatsApp or SMS.
App Functionality: To provide core features like printing receipts and calculating order totals.
Service Improvement: To analyze how the App is used (e.g., most used features) to develop new tools for tailors.
Security: To protect your business data from unauthorized access or data loss.

3. Data Storage and Security

All user data is securely stored on Google Firebase servers, protected by encryption in transit and at rest. We implement industry-standard security practices to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure of your data. While we take strong measures to protect your information, no digital transmission or storage system can be guaranteed 100% secure.

4. Third-Party Services

Tailor Sync uses the following third-party services, which may collect data as described in their own privacy policies:

Firebase (Google LLC) — authentication, database, analytics
Google Analytics for Firebase — usage statistics and crash reports

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active or as required for legitimate business purposes. You may request account deletion at any time through the Delete Account option available in the Tailor Sync app, which redirects you to our web deletion request form at tailorsync.com. Once your deletion request is submitted, your personal information will be permanently removed from our active databases within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Data Transfer

As our servers are hosted by Google Firebase, your data may be processed or stored outside Pakistan. We ensure that such transfers comply with applicable data protection laws and use secure, encrypted channels.

7. Your Rights

Under Pakistan’s Personal Data Protection Bill, 2023, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you
Request correction or deletion of your information
Withdraw consent for data processing
